On a sofa in a home with my daughter who’s maybe 10 or 11, she’s not my actual child. My real life son who’s a toddler is also with me. I’m on the couch with a boy I dated in school, but we’re both adults now. His name is R. We’re in this home with a bunch of strangers and characters from tv dramas and shows. He’s wearing a strange plastic blue thing around his chest and waist, it’s very tight like a belt. My daughter and son are the product of another ex but for some reason in this dream I told her that R was her real biological dad. He sat on the sofa with tears in his eyes and told her he wished he wasn’t her dad. Which really upset her and me. We left, with my cat on a leash, my son and my daughter. Intending to get the train out of this pleasant town back home. I checked which train and in the commotion I lost my son. I was searching for him everywhere he was nowhere to be found. Just disappeared. I was desperate to find him. As it got later the city began to descend into chaos and violence. My daughter, my cat, and I found a man. He was kind and helped us, throughout all this I was still searching for my son and I would hear occasional cries. We entered a home, I let go of the leash and my cat ran off, I left the man and my dream daughter in search of my real son. There were people in the house with murderous intent. They were dangerous. I could hear my son crying. I searched and came across a few people I had to fight, squirting one in the eyes with washing up liquid after unsuccessfully trying to hide under a bedsheet in a random bed within the house. I found my son, hanging outside the window, upside down by his ankles. He was crying, and I reached out untied him and brought him inside, holding him close to me. I’d lost my cat, my daughter and the man, but I had my son. I don’t remember how the dream concluded
